Ben Meehan.
Ben has always had a passion for property as an asset class. He managed to save up and buy his first house in Hamilton within 18 months of finishing university. Ben graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Agriculture and Commerce. After graduation, Ben started his career as an Agronomist, and has been based in the Waikato region for over 5 years now.
Due to the advisory nature of his work, he believes it is extremely important to listen carefully to the needs of his clients in order to find a solution that matches their expectations. This is same for property as it is for agriculture. Ultimately he wants to exceed the expectations of clients and make things happen. A refreshing change compared to a conventional (so called) sellers agent experience when selling our rental. While Ben definitely was acting for the buyer, I found this approach more honest and it worked for both parties.
