Kara Niles.

Originally from New York City, Kara moved to Auckland in 2011 with her husband Chris. Initially this was meant to be a temporary move to allow Chris to study, but after falling in love with New Zealand they decided to stay!

Kara purchased her first apartment in 2015 and then got “the bug”, purchasing three properties in that first year. In those early days she read every book and magazine she could get her hands on. Kara understands that success is a team effort. This starts by surrounding yourself who have more experience and knowledge than yourself. She has made it her goal to learn from others and to add the best people to her team to help her succeed.
