Leanne Roulston.
Leanne's passion for property investment began with the influential book ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ by Robert Kiyosaki. In the early 2000s, she worked as a property finder for an investment company, where she caught “the property bug” and started her journey in the real estate world. Eager to learn, Leanne immersed herself in every investment book and magazine available, honing her knowledge and expertise in the field.
Later, she earned her Real Estate License and went on to build a thriving real estate business. During Christchurch's EQC repair and rebuild phase, she was awarded as a premium agent for several successive years, transacting hundreds of properties and developing a keen eye for investment opportunities.
Buying an investment property in Christchurch while living overseas felt like a daunting prospect, but Dave Luhrs and Leanne Roulston made the entire process seamless.
