Well, loving this time in the property cycle. Finally, with 900+ listings on Trade Me in Dunedin, I now have plenty of properties to analyse
and share with clients, whatever their investment strategy.

I have recently expanded my reach for Premium Buyer clients to my old hometown Invercargill. I am getting down there often now as Invers has become quite a wee investment hot spot.
Really suits investors with lower end budgets, investors interested in multi income properties especially blocks of 3-5 units and those keen on doing small to medium size subdivision/developments. Invercargill doesn't only have wide main streets, it also has quite large section sizes, ideal for development.

Anyway, it is my intention to start to share more property deals with this Dunedin Hotlist over the coming weeks and months, especially for deals which do not suit my Premium Buyer Investor Clients. So less of above and more actual live property deals where I am looking for a buyer from the database for an off or on-market deal.
