Last month. an experienced property investor reached out to us with a desire to sell his multi-income property privately. He was looking for a quick, seamless transaction without the usual hassle of marketing, disrupting tenants, or vacancy. After a brief conversation, we identified that this property was an excellent match for one of our premium clients who had been actively searching for something similar.

The Match and Offer

Due Diligence Period

The seller was given a two-week due diligence (DD) period to finalise his refinance plans following the sale. I provided a detailed video walkthrough and once satisfied with most aspects, we arranged a second visit for the client to view and meet with trades to discuss and price out an exterior repaint.
